We need to get more testers on this to see their results.
Would you mind posting some screens. One of root checker saying you are rooted and an about phone??
If this is true it would be quite awesome for a ton of our members. Thanks for posting...

I don't have my HD here to test, but I do have an M. The lockdown method should be the same. I will FXZ to the newer build and give it a whirl on there.

Device info
system version 9.18.94xt926
Build number 9.8.1Q-94
Kernel version 3.0.31-gef7deb8
Also I didn't install the samsung drivers at first thinking I didn't need to because I already had motorolla drivers and this is a moto phone. However you need to install the Samsung drivers.
Thanks a ton for this. Now the next noob question can I load custom roms now?
Posted 08 January 2014 - 10:01 AM
If you are locked you will need Safestrap and a ROM that works on locked bootloaders, but yes.

Exciting times for sure...
kc6wke has my vote for member of the month.
Oh wait we'd have to introduce a member of the month system first but oh well he still has my vote.
Even though it's not HIS root method he gets huge props for trying stuff out and finding a needle in the haystack.
Edit: Adjusted the thread title a bit. Thoughts on moving it to the Dev section and pinning it??
